Changes to Service Availability
mami may modify, suspend, or discontinue services in any jurisdiction at any time if regulatory conditions change or if we determine that continued operation is no longer compliant with local law. Account holders in affected jurisdictions will be notified via email at least 30 days before service suspension, and a withdrawal window will be provided to allow you to remove your balance.
If you do not withdraw your balance before the suspension date, your remaining funds will be held in escrow pending legal resolution or will be returned to your payment method of record if escrow is not legally required. mami is not liable for any loss of value or opportunity cost arising from service suspension in your jurisdiction.
Liability and Indemnification
mami is not liable for any legal consequences, fines, penalties, or other liabilities arising from your use of our platform in violation of local law. If you access mami from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, any legal action against you is your sole responsibility. By using mami, you indemnify us against any claims, damages, or regulatory action arising from your non-compliance with local law.
mami is not liable for third-party actions (government seizure of funds, payment-method blocking, or ISP-level access restrictions) that may occur if your jurisdiction restricts access to our platform. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to your account balance at the time of the claim.
