iOS users sometimes encounter "Cannot add to home screen" if Safari storage is full. Solution: clear Safari cache (Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data), then retry. If the PWA redirects to the App Store instead of opening mami.bet, you likely have a conflicting bookmark or old shortcut; delete it and create a new one. For both platforms, if login fails after installation, ensure your device's date and time are correct (Settings → Date & Time). mami's server certificates depend on accurate device time; incorrect time settings cause authentication errors.

Data Security and Permissions

The mami app requests permission to access your device's storage (to cache video and transaction data), camera (only if you enable video call with support), microphone (optional, for live-dealer chat), and location (optional, for timezone-aware notifications).
